HP Compaq nc2400 Reviewed (Verdict: All-business)

May 9th, 2006

 - GizmodoLaptop reviewed the nc2400, HP's business compaq that looks like the bastard spawn of a ThinkPad and a Smurf. This 12-inch notebook weighs 3.6 pounds and manages to stick an optical drive into its tiny frame. The model they tested had a 1.2-GHz Core Solo processor with 512MB of RAM standard. They saw over 5 hours hours of battery life on one charge—not too shabby.

Priced at $1,599, this bugger looks like a good choice for business folks who don't want to go the Lenovo route.
